Account Coordinator
£25,000 – £30,000
We are looking for an Account Coordinator to provide day-to-day administrative support to our clients to ensure smooth campaign delivery for their advertising. To succeed in this role, you should be highly organized and able to perform multiple tasks for different clients at the same time. You will drive growth to our company by being an essential part of the Account Management team.
Responsibilities
* Responsibility for multiple advertising campaign delivery, from the point the vacancy has been received until the advertising is live
* Pro-actively update clients on the status of their advertising campaigns
* Draft recruitment adverts for customers where required
* Provide 1st line support to customers
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of the business
* The above list is not intended to be exhaustive and the post-holder will be expected to be flexible and carry out similar duties (not specifically listed) as and when required to meet business needs.

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to pick up new / technical concepts quickly
About you
will need a work ethic suited to self-sufficiency, requiring little management beyond strategic direction and goal-setting. We are looking for someone who has excellent attention to detail, is happy carrying out repetitive tasks, can manage multiple tasks at the same time and wants to continually improve themselves and the company & processes.
