My client is an innovative financial recruitment consultancy who has international offices in New York, Singapore and Dubai. They are looking for 5 money motivated, ambitious and hard working individuals to join their ranks as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. They offer extensive training, fantastic support and clear opportunities for career progression.

The role a Trainee Recruitment Consultant:

This is a direct sales role where you will be responsible for business development. Amongst a Trainee Recruitment Consultant’s duties are:

• Cold calling candidates and clients.
• Advertising jobs online.
• Searching internal and external databases to attract new clients and candidates.
• Selling the services of the company to new and existing clients and candidates.
• Telephone interviewing candidates and assessing their suitability for roles.
• Networking with clients and candidates to increase your market penetration.

Requirements

• Either a 2.2 degree or above in your chosen discipline OR 6 months direct sales experience.
• Candidates must be money motivated, hard working and a confident communicator.
• Candidates must have a genuine interest in Recruitment and want to enter the industry.
• Candidates must be competitive and be able to demonstrate this through sports at a high level (County, Regional, University), academics or extra curricular activities.
