£24,000 basic salary, which goes up to £28,800 within 6-8 months

£42,000 OTE in Year 1

We are looking for ambitious, driven graduates to join our expanding team as Graduate Recruitment Consultants. You will be working alongside the Directors of our company and so you will benefit from their wealth of knowledge enabling you to become an expert IT Recruitment Consultant.

When you join our team as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant you will have the opportunity to work on large accounts and recruit some of the world’s top IT professionals so you must be able to interact at this level with professionalism. Your responsibilities as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant will include:

• Sourcing candidates through jobsites as well as our internal database
• Cold calling – this will encompass a large part of your role
• Lead generation & Business Development
• Writing adverts to attract the best talent
• Managing the interview process between your clients and candidates

We are looking for graduates with a 2.2 or above who are excited to begin their career as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant. You will need to have the ability to sell as well as the desire to! You will also need to be articulate, driven and confident.
