Job Title: 7.5 Tonne with Counterbalance FLT – Temporary to Permanent
Location: Dudley
Salary: £26,000per year when Temporary. £26,000 per year when Permanent

Shifts: Monday – Friday

The Job:
Encore Driving require a 7.5 Tonne driver to join the busy operations of an engineering firm in Birmingham. In this position you can be expected to use the company’s truck’s and have a category C1 License. On occasion to make deliveries. The successful candidate will also regularly use the counterbalance fork lift truck to move stock around at the business. Other daily duties will include general housekeeping work. Candidates must be prepared to perform jobs such as sweeping floors, clearing out rubbish from machines and assisting other members of staff. We require a candidate who is prepared to get involved in anything required in the day to day running of the business.

Please note: Any interested candidates will be required to the Coventry office to be interviewed for the position.

The candidate:
You will be flexible and able to remain calm under pressure. The ability to demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills and an attention to detail is essential. You will have a minimum of 2 year’s experience for insurance purposes and must have no more than 6 points for minor offences. Plus a category C1 License. You will have a good working knowledge of drivers legislation and an understanding of RT(WT)R
