7.5 Tonne Van Driver with CPC – Greenford

PPR (Premier People Recruitment) are currently looking to recruit experienced commercial Light Van Driver for a busy logistics company in the Greenford area for ongoing to permanent positions with progression and training available.

Candidates must be health and safety conscience, reliable and hardworking.

Duties may include:

• Regular vehicle check inspections

• Multi drop – delivering goods in and around the M25

• Handling deliveries and administering collection paperwork

• Good customer service skills liaising with customers face to face

• The nature of the work may include some heavy lifting/manual handling

• Working to deadlines with speed and accuracy along with attention to detail

  Requirements

• Be aged over 25yrs for insurance purposes

• Good knowledge of London and the surrounding areas

• Access to A-Z Maps and Sat navigation

• Hold a full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points

• Must have a Digital Taco card and CPC

• Hold entitlement to work in the UK

• Provide checkable UK driving references covering at least 2 years

• Must have 2 years commercial driving experience at a minimum

• All applicants must be able to speak and understand English

• Mon – Fri ongoing (optional Saturday as and when required, paid at time and a half)

• Be physically fit with a positive can do attitude

PAYE £321.25 + £77.50 (Attendance Allowance)
