Job Title: 7.5 Tonne Driver Required- Temporary to Permanent!
Location: Coventry
Salary: £26,000 per year when temp then £26,000 per year when Full time.

Shifts: 08:30 – 16:30 Monday to Thursday – 08:30 to 15:30 Friday

Drivers will drive a brand new 7.5 tonne vehicle and will benefit from the oppurtunity to be trained on other job roles within the company.

The Job:
In this role 7.5 Tonne drivers are required to make business to business deliveries to the clients customers. There is no handball invoved in this role as the clients customers will unload the vehicle for you. In this position the driving is only a small part. Much of the role will involve performing warehouse duties. There may be weeks on end where the van or 7.5 tonne is not required to move. On the flip side of this you may be required to drive for a full week on occasion. Drivers must be happy to perform general duties such as breaking down palletts of new stock and ensuring it is put in the correct place.

The candidate:
You will be flexible and able to remain calm under pressure. The ability to demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills and an attention to detail is essential. You will have full drivers CPC qualification. You will have a minimum of 2 years experience for insurance purposes and must have no more than 6 points for minor offences. You will have a good working knowledge of drivers legislation and an understanding of RT(WT)R
