What you need to be a successful Trainee Recruitment Consultant:

*Natural sales ability.

*Be able to build rapport over the phone.

*Excellent academic results including a 2:1 or above at degree level, will consider all fields.

*Ambitious, competitive, money motivated and driven.

*A sociable person who builds relationships easily and wants to be part of a team.

*Evidence of success within education, employment or extracurricular activities.

*Experience of working within a sales environment would be advantageous.

Recruitment consultancy is a sales role. You need to be resilient, tough and extremely hard working. The job of Recruitment Consultant is challenging but for the right candidate it can be extremely rewarding. After training you will be responsible for:

*Cold calling and winning new clients business

*Maintaining relationships with current clients and candidates

*Sourcing the best talent

*Negotiating deals

*Closing deals
