5 X Sales Brokers – North London

Role: Sales Broker

Location: West Hampstead (on the jubilee line and overground)

Salary: £26,400 basic – £48,000 OTE – year one (£66,000 OTE – year two, £90,000 – year three)

Our client specialises within the property sector and due to sizeable expansion plans they are seeking motivated, confident and commercially-aware Sales Brokers to join their team.

The role will attract candidates who are driven to succeed and enjoy high levels of remuneration. Our client’s history of high growth means that opportunities for promotion can happen quite quickly.

The key day-to-day tasks of the Sales Broker include:

• Dealing with inbound sales calls (NO COLD CALLING!)
• Building and maintaining relationships with customers over the phone
• Maximising business from in-coming calls by up-selling other offerings
• Working to set monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Attributes sought in the Sales Broker include:

• One prior telephone-based sales role (this can be either after and alongside education)
• Educated to degree level (preferable) but will accept A Levels
• Ability to hit targets and thrive in a sales environment
• Dynamic, confident and ambitious
• To uphold an impeccable telephone manner
• Resilient, determined and able to work under pressure
• Effective time management skills and commitment to work to strict deadlines
