We are recruiting for a prestigious call centre in Birkenhead (close to Central Station Birkenhead)

we have a variety of campaigns that we are recruiting for including:

Inbound Banking Advisors

working between the hours 8am-8pm Mon-Fri 8am-4pm Sat any 5 days out 6 on a rota 40 hours per week taking calls from customers concerning their existing accounts, asking for transaction history, dealing with overdrafts, lost and stolen cards and changing to personal details.

Inbound part time evening Retail orderline

working 5pm -10pm any 5 days ot of 7 on a rota, you will be taking calls from customers ordering clothing and products, taking payment and confirming delivery address. You will also be required to take calls from customers quering delivery.

Inbound Parcel delivery enquiries

working between the hours of 8am-10pm Mon – Fri Sat 8am-1pm Sun 8am -2pm any 5 days out of 7 on a rota. duties will include taking calls from customers changing the delivery address of the parcel, dealing with deliveries that haven’t arrived, delaing with complaints of damaged parcels & organising store collections and deliveries.

All positions are £26,000 per year any hours after 10pm are at £26,000 per year immediate starts

weekly pay 40 hours per week 28 days holiday p/a
