My client who are a large well established service provider with a superior brand are looking for a Infrastructure Specialist to join their fast paced team.
You must have superb technical hands on skill together with excellent customer service skills. Providing first class 1st/2nd and sometimes 3rd line support to all levels of users.
Essential Skills:
- Active Directory
- Cisco Firewalls
- Cisco routers/switches
- LANDesk
- An element of 3rd Line Support (only escalations and taking part in an On Call Service)
- Servers
- Microsoft Windows Server – 2003, 2008, 2012
- McAfee including ePO
- Microsoft Windows 7 (EUC)
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Excellent user/customer facing skills
- Ability to think on their feet
- Excellent team player
Desirable:
- Citrix
- Gmail suite
- PCI/DSS knowledge
