3rd-line team responsible for the management of the internal Data Centres + provision and management of server-related platforms including Operating system.

Predominantly supports the Corporate Enterprise estate globally for 4000 staff.

Number of servers: 2,500 – 85% virtualised, consisting of 90% Microsoft, 10% Linux.

• Active Directory administration of all domains
• DHCP/DNS/WINS
• Certificate Authorities/Management

• Storage Area Network (SAN) policies/management
• Server hardware specification and builds
• Server Virtualisation management
• Build specification and automation
• Systems monitoring, trending and alerting
• Performance tuning and troubleshooting
