We are a fast growing network support and managed services provider based in Bishops Stortford, with clients all over the UK. As well as supporting our clients networks, we also offer a wide range of managed services, which includes Telephony, Connectivity, Public Wi-Fi and Cloud services.

Based at our Bishops Stortford office you will be based within our Implementation and Escalation Team. You will be the final point of escalation and be responsible for owning and resolving complex issues and problems within SLAs and to required standards.

From time to time as the business requires it; you will be required to perform scheduled and ad-hoc out of hours work (weekend and evenings) for major upgrades, system relocation and moves.

  • Willing to be part of the out of hours on-call rota
  • Smart both mentally and in physical appearance
  • Fluent English speaking.

Technical spec

  • MCITP – Server Administrator level, or willing to prove ability to support at this level
  • General Networking skills – LAN/WAN/Wireless maintenance, router/switch configuration
  • MS Office – all versions.
  • Exchange 2003/2007/2010 support.
  • Knowledge of Antivirus applications.
  • Knowledge of Backup applications.
  • Windows Server (2003/2008) support, Windows XP/Vista/7 desktop support.
  • Desktop and Server hardware maintenance – memory installs, hard disc replacements, server installations.

We offer in house training across the wide range of services we offer, and encourage all of our team to seek professional qualifications via Microsoft or Cisco etc. which we will pay for.
