Venn Group’s specialist Public Sector Division is pleased advertise an exciting vacancy in the West Yorkshire area. We are currently recruiting for a 3rd Line Engineer within the NHS in the West Yorkshire area. We require a 3rd Line Engineer with previous NHS and Support Desk experience.

3rd Line Engineer

Essential Skills

• Day to day operation, support and maintenance of the Organisation’s WAN, LAN and Telephony infrastructure
• Responsible for ensuring the timely resolution of incidents and fulfilment of customer requests
• Suitable technical professional qualification for a senior position e.g. CCNA / CCNP / CCIE (wireless, VoIP etc) ITIL (practitioner), CompTia A+ or equivalent experience

Desirable Non-Essential Skills

• NHS experience
