Working under directors of 45 years experience in recruiting, their expertise trickle down directly to you, so you know your training programme will be thorough and extensive. The outcome is you will be a specialist in your field of recruitment, as well as earning hefty commission from the deals you make! As far as job prospects go, it is common practice that those who apply themselves to the role are made senior consultants within their first 6-8 months, gaining higher commission and a pay rise in the process. The candidate wanted:

• High Calibre University Degree – 2:2 or higher
• Strong communication skills, with an eloquence in the language in spoken and written form
• Leadership

• Highly motivated and financially driven
• Fast learner

What the job offers:

• £24-22k basic salary, with a pay rise after the probation period
• Uncapped commission scheme with forecasted earnings of £54k – 1st Year; £90k – 2nd Year; £120k+ – 3rd Year
• Lucrative reward scheme – weekends away to destinations such as Ibiza, New York, Miami, etc.

The role you will be doing:

• Cold calling to win new business
• Writing adverts
• Screening CV’s
• Interviewing candidates
• Negotiating terms of business
• Maintaining successful client relationships
• Hitting targets/ earning commission and celebrating your success each month!
