3 Business Development Manager

Roles still available This is an exciting time to get on board with this already highly successful, multi million pound company, still privately owned.

Having recently recruited a new Sales Director, now he is settled in he is looking to build a team with 3 Business Development Managers to start off with to focus on positive plans for continued growth. These will be supported by an internal sales / sales administrator to support you.

This recruiting director is a very motivated professional who supports, guides and develops his staff and, he is a really nice down to earth person with a sense of humour. The best thing about him is that he doesn’t mind what your background is as for him it is more about your personality, ability and desire to do well in this role as long as you have a history within Business Development in any sector.

This is a great mixed role which encompasses time in the office, external field based work visiting clients plus the opportunity to work from home if needed.

You will be contacting and meeting with key decision makers to promote the companies services, negotiate and close contracts by way of a very professional consultative approach.

Base salary is a genuine £42,000 – £48,000 DOE, plus car, uncapped bonus and usual benefits..

There are 3 territories available – M4 South from Reading towards the coast, M4 North from Reading to Birmingham and M4 West.
