3.5t / 7.5t Delivery Drivers

Salary: £26,000 – £27,456 per year

Our client is seeking those with a 3.5 tonne or 7.5 tonne licence to carry out deliveries for their customers in multiple areas of North England. Our client’s customers are one of the biggest suppliers of services to a number of large multinational delivery companies. The Company is expanding and is seeking delivery drivers in Preston, Stockport, Manchester, Liverpool, Bradford, Leeds and Goole; with career progression for people that join the company. Any successful applicant will need to produce an up-to-date Negative CV-19 test result. The company will work proactively with its colleagues to maintain a safe working environment as best as possible.

Applications from suitably experienced ex-military personnel (British Army, Royal Air Force, Royal Navy or Royal Marines) are strongly encouraged

Key Responsibilities:

Load up vehicle with goods and parcels
Deliver parcels safely and with care
Making sure vehicle is clean and in working order
Provide excellent customer service
Person Specification:

Essential:

Have relevant driving licences
Have current UK driving licence
Be physically fit and able to do up to 70 delivery & collections per day.
Be a team player and have good customer service skills
Be ambitious
Have a desire to learn and get stuck in
Desirable:

Have previous experience in a similar role
Salary:

£22,880 – 3.5 tonne drivers

£24,700 – 7.5 tonne drivers
