2x Service Managers – South Bedfordshire.

Our client is looking for TWO Service Managers, to work in a support living branch with adults with learning difficulties, autism, mental health and complex needs.

Full time – 40 hours per week.

The manager must have experience of working within a supported living service and with people with learning disabilities,complex needs, autism, mental health issues and behaviour that may challenge.

This role will include the management of staff liaison with service users and their families, advocates and professional groups. undertaking assessments and reviews of support provided plus staff interviews, supervisions and appraisals.
