A new opening has just arisen with a leading public sector organisation for a IT Engineer / 2nd Line Technical Support person. You will possess some of the following skills and experience;
End user 2nd line support experience
Good knowledge of the Microsoft technology stack
Understanding of ITIL standards
Management of MS Lync and Windows Mobil phones
Laptop / desktop patch management
Active Directory, DC, DND, DHCP, GPO
Office 365
Exchange 2010
SPAM filtering
MCSE / MCSA
MCITP (Windows Client)
You will have strong experience in supporting IT infracructure, ideally focussed in desktop/laptop and mobile / telecom platforms. You should have experience of supporting users through a helpdesk support ticketing system and have a good understanding of ITIL. You will get the opportunity to be trained in lots of interesting technologies.
