2nd Line Support Engineer – Regents Park, St Pancras, Kings Cross, Fitzrovia, City of London – Windows, Server, Exchange, Hyper V – £30,000 – £38,400 + Benefits
The Role
A Windows, Server, Exchange, Hyper V 2nd Line Support Engineer is urgently required for this exciting opportunity with a leading Managed Service Provider based in the Centre of London. Reporting into the IT Manager, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to external clients, up to a senior level, you will act as an escalation point for the 1st line technical team. You will be expected to mentor junior colleagues and help improve company systems, procedures and knowledge. There will be a lot of exciting project for you to get involved in such as system builds, configurations and installations both remote and on site.

Microsoft Certifications and experience of working with a service provider will be extremely advantageous for this position.
