Job Summary: Computer Science graduate required for a 2nd Line Support Analyst job with our client in Berkshire

Our client is a leading consultancy service provider within the downstream oil technology industry.

They are currently in the process of expanding and are looking for a bright Computer Science or numerate graduate, ideally with around 3 years’ worth of experience in IT support, to join them at their Berkshire facility in order to fill a 2nd Line Support Analyst job.

The Job

The job will see the successful candidate join a closely-knit team working on client projects that will involve developing Business Intelligence tools. An ability to identify and resolve any related coding problems using SQL server and c# will be crucial to the role. The job is suited to someone how enjoys programming and has a mathematical approach to work along with an excellent phone manner.

Job Requirements

• Educated to degree level in Computer Science or a related degree subject
• SQL Server skills
• C#, Javascript and MVC skills would be advantageous
• Around 3 years’ worth of commercial experience is desirable but by no means essential (may have been gained through a university placement year)
