2nd Line Support Analyst – with Development
Gloucestershire (commutable from Gloucester, Tewkesbury, Cheltenham)
Up to £30k with excellent benefits including pensions + healthcare
Our market leading client is looking for someone with 1st and 2nd line support skills to work within a busy IS support team and act as an escalation point and also deal with desk side problems. Along with this they would like someone with a passion within Development, a number of internal systems are in house developments so this is also key
Key skills
– Windows XP & Windows 7 for the desktop, Active Directory
– Exposure of Access/SQL Server
– Software Development – .Net, classic ASP, VB6.
– Excellent customer service skills
This role is ideal for someone who wants to progress within IT Support and has a willingness to learn new technologies, with an understanding of the development side even in a non commercial environment.
