2nd Line Support Analyst / Desktop Support Analyst

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a 2nd Line Support Analyst / Desktop Support Analyst to join our client on a permanent basis.

The 2nd Line Support Analyst / Desktop Support Analyst will be responsible for dealing with all escalated issues to a large userbae, dealing with hardware and software issues including Windows 7, Office 10, Active Directory, Exchange and Citrix.

The successful applicant will have demonstrable 2nd line experience, with some exposure to 3rd line duties.

The role offers excellent career development with many of the team progressing into the 3rd line team so will suit anyone with aspirations to progress their career down this route.

As 2nd Line Support Analyst / Desktop Support Analyst, you will work on a rotating 8 week shift pattern, working 4 days on-4 days off, starting at either 8am or 8pm. Candidates must therefore be happy working weekends and overnight shifts.
