Are you an experienced 2nd Line Engineer looking to join an award-winning and growing IT business based in Exeter? Responsibilities:
- Acting as a knowledgeable point of contact for customer technical/2nd Line issues, when required
- Show an extensive understanding of Office 365 and operating systems to be able to deal with a range of customer incidents
- Progressing or resolving proactive alerts according to SLAs
- Develop and maintain the existing customer base
Requirements:
- Experience working in an IT support role to a 2nd line level
- Experience working with Microsoft, ideally with experience of Office 365
- Ideally, Microsoft Certified but not essential
- Full UK Driving license
