2D CAD Technician (Leisure / Hospitality Sector)

Salary: £27,600 – £31,200 per year
My client is a leading fit out and building specialist who are looking for an experienced CAD technician with a technical background, to assist the busy team at their Doncaster office.
You will be required to produce full drawing packs including joinery details such as bars and fixed seating, so experience here is a must.
The bulk of our work is for Independent Pub & Restaurant operators and large Breweries throughout the UK. The work is fun, fast paced and rewarding.
Skills and experience:
Proficient with AutoCAD 2013 (2D only) Ideally on the OSX platform
A good understanding of current UK Building Regulations & Planning Applications
Minimum 2 years experience producing full drawing packs for projects within the Hospitality/Leisure sector using AutoCAD
Excellent detailing skills, with experience producing joinery and architectural details
A good knowledge of Sketchup or other 3D software an advantage
Able to work efficiently to tight deadlines and manage your own time effectively.
