Receptionist

2 x Part time positions (Job Share)
Salary range: £12,000 to £16,800 per annum
Hours: 25 hours per week – 8.00am – 1.00pm or 12.30pm – 5.30pm
The Receptionist represents the first point of contact for our visitors and callers into the company. We are looking for a reliable person, with excellent communication and organisational skills, to provide a professional, courteous and quality customer-facing service.
In addition to reception duties you will provide general administration and secretarial services. You will be part of our Facilities team, reporting to the Facilities Manager.
Main duties include:
- Greet incoming visitors and callers, determining the nature and purpose of their contact.
- Operate a switchboard in a professional manner.
- Maintain employee/visitor access to the building and issue passes.
- Oversee dispatches and deliveries of items from and to the building.
- Assist in the co-ordination of Boardroom meetings and organise catering.
- Provide general secretarial and administration duties; schedule meetings, prepare
correspondence, stationery/supply orders and minute taking.
Requirements:
- Reception/Secretarial experience.
- Good written, interpersonal, verbal and communication skills.
- Have the ability to handle multiple tasks with minimum supervision.
- MS Office skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and typing skills at 50 wpm.
- Professional, well-presented and courteous.
- Dependable, punctual rand flexible.
