Role: 2 x Manufacturing Engineer

The Company is a leading aerospace components manufacturer, supplying aero engine and airframe OEMs and their Tier 1 suppliers globally.

Using high technology processes, they specialise in;

• Hot and cold formed components in high temperature aerospace alloys
• Complex fabricated assemblies
• Thermal insulation heat shields and systems

Having gone through a lot of structural and management changes recently they are very keen to bring highly skilled and innovative engineers on board to help further that change and strengthen their position in the market.

The Roles are to work within the manufacturing team to support process changes, materials review and general manufacturing

• FAIRS Specialist – You will be responsible for constructing detailed assembly and components FAIRS from scratch for both product changes and new products. Extensive experience of AS9102, construction and compilation of FAIRS and also manufacturing and quality processes are a must for this role.
• Materials Review engineer – Responsible for identifying nonconformance products and solutions on how to prevent it, be that process or materials changes. Demonstrable experience of sheet metal and fabrication is key for this role as well as experience of some of the following metals; titanium, nimonics, stainless steel & aluminium
