2 Classroom Assistants – Level 3

A fantastic opportunity for a qualified and experienced Nursery Nurse to work in a Nursery School working with children rising 3 years. 30months- 3years the other to work with children under 16 mths.

This is large of a large setting but you will only be working with the class teacher along with other classroom assistants with up to 16 children. The other Position is working with babies up to age of 16 mnths with other qualified staff caring for them as well.

You would be required to have the following:-
•Knowledge of child development, the Early Foundation Stage Curriculum
•Knowledge of The Keyworker Systems and record keeping.
•Knowledge of Ofsted’s Regulations.
•First Aid.
•Knowledge of all Policies and Procedures, Health and Safety and Risk Assessments.
•Safeguarding – Knowledge of child protection issues and an awareness of the definitions of harm, abuse and neglect. Ensuring we keep children secure and safe at all times.

You will need to have the following qualifications, training and experience:
•Qualified Level 3 or equivalent
•Have experience of working with children under 5 years
•Must have some nursery experience

Salary: £26,000per year, bonuses and benefits with on-going support and career development.

All applicants will be required to complete an enhanced DBS (formally CRB).

This will be starting in January, will be fulltime hours likely to be 8- 2.15pm all year round
