Central London, highly prestigious client seeks a first line IT Support Analyst (Helpdesk / Service Desk analyst) with exceptional customer service and communication skills.
You will provide Helpdesk / Service Desk / 1st Line Support to a discerning user base of 120 people. The support environment requires a high touch, VIP approach. You will deal with IT support calls over the phone and at desk side.
Key technical skills: Windows 7, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), iPad & iPhone and Photoshop.
The IT Support Analyst is the first line of technical helpdesk support to over 120 distiguished users. You must have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. You will have a natural flair for customer service and enjoy helping users with technical issues.
The IT Support Analyst will provide Helpdesk / Serve Desk, 1st & 2nd line support to 120 users in a Windows 7, Windows 2008, mixed MAC and PC environment. You will have experience troubleshooting printers and peripheral devices, be familiar with TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP.
Base salary is £31,200 to £33,600 plus a comprehensive benefits package including, pension, BUPA private health care cover, travel health insurance cover, staff bonus scheme twice a year (5-10%), travel card loan and a bike to work loan scheme as well as childcare vouchers.
