They are looking for 1st Line Support Analysts / Senior Service Desk Analysts to join their team based in Bristol. Responsibilities:

  • Providing “best in class” IT support to all internal colleagues
  • Acting as first point of contact for all incidents and service requests
  • Meeting service level agreements by effectively managing your workload
  • Building effective relationships with colleagues, to aide IT support and the delivery of high standards of service.
  • Actively seek to learn about the organisation’s services and systems.

Skills and Experience:

  • Great experience in 1st Line IT Support
  • Experience working with and supporting Office 365
  • Good professional and courteous manner
  • A willingness to learn new systems and work closely with colleagues
