They are looking for 1st Line Support Analysts / Senior Service Desk Analysts to join their team based in Bristol. Responsibilities:
- Providing “best in class” IT support to all internal colleagues
- Acting as first point of contact for all incidents and service requests
- Meeting service level agreements by effectively managing your workload
- Building effective relationships with colleagues, to aide IT support and the delivery of high standards of service.
- Actively seek to learn about the organisation’s services and systems.
Skills and Experience:
- Great experience in 1st Line IT Support
- Experience working with and supporting Office 365
- Good professional and courteous manner
- A willingness to learn new systems and work closely with colleagues
