This is a great opportunity for a keen, talented and dynamic Support Technician, looking for the opportunity to grow their career in a fast-paced organisation.
You will be based in our City of London offices and work as part of a close-knit, friendly and supportive European Support Team. You will have some experience of working on a help desk and be looking an opportunity to build upon that and take on growing responsibilities and challenges. You will get all the support you need to build your confidence and skills in these new areas.
You will be supporting busy and demanding multi-lingual users in offices based all over Europe, so your excellent communication skills (verbal and written), responsiveness and quality-driven approach ,will stand you in excellent stead. Your success in building strong relationships and truly supporting your colleagues via phone and email, may lead to the opportunity to travel to some of Europe’s most exciting and vibrant cities. You will also have the opportunity to attend company conferences and events to provide technical support.

The salary package for this position is £19-£21.5k plus 20 days annual holiday and associated benefits.
