Our client is an expanding I.T and support company.
Increased growth has led to the opening of a new role for an 1st Line Support Engineer to join their Portsmouth operation.
A talented 1st Line IT Support Technician is required for a position based in Hampshire.
The successful candidate will join an established team of 10 and be responsible for providing IT End User and Network Support to Clients across Hampshire and West Sussex.
The ideal candidate will have a background in 1st line support within the Education sector. Some commercial experience would also be advantageous.
Duties:
Maintaining the highest standards of service and conduct with clients and visitors.
Complete all regular scheduled tasks set in any clients Service Level Agreement
Provide technical support by telephone, e-mail and in person
Seeking solutions in relation to ICT problems faced on a day to day basis
Install, configure and maintain hardware
Install, maintain and configure software
