Role: 1st Line Support Desk
Area: Reading
Salary: £30,000 – £32,400 + Brilliant benefit package

This is an opportunity that cannot me missed. One of Berkshires most renowned companies are looking to add an eager and driven IT professional to join their ranks. They provide SaaS to numerous household names.

An ideal candidate will be someone with 1-2 years’ experience on a helpdesk environment, however this isn’t a typical helpdesk role. There are no calls coming through, only email or remote support. Also, as we all know, you cannot teach personality so please still apply if you are keen but may be lacking in some technical areas.

Skillset:
** 1-2 years’ helpdesk/IT support experience
