1st Line Support Analyst
Highly Prestigious Global Professional Services firm located in London, Moorgate urgently require a 1st Line support analyst to join their current IT team.
No experinance is required as long as you have a IT based degree or alternately 6 to 12 months experience in a 1st line support/Service desk admin.
Roles Responsibilities:
Primarily take inbound support contacts in a busy support department.
Manage the ICT service desk triage queue and escalate issues affecting services or VIP’s. Respond to incidents and requests in a timely manner within agreed business SLA’s
Using the in-house call logging system (training will be provided)
Skills:
Excellent telephone communication skills and professionalism
Excellent organisational skills
Excellent administration skills
An interest in IT, computers and technology
