You will be responsible for providing companies internal and external system users with support in general hardware and software support.
This includes but not limited to; Diagnostic and resolving technical problems, Physical installation and removal of hardware, ensuring work delays are minimised.

Essential
* Proven IT User Support/Fault diagnosis and fixing experience
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to deal with outside suppliers & customers and represent company in a professional manner.
* Ability to manage your own work load and time within support and development tasks
* Previous desk decide support.

Qualifications:
* Must have a level 3 if the qualification credit framework (QCF). This equate to 2 pass grades in A levels, NVQ level 3, ITIL Level 3 (Intermediate) or BCS Level 3 foundation certificate in business analysis.

Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:00
