1st Line Service Desk Analyst required by one of the UK’s leading power companies.
The Service Desk Analyst will operate from the Company’s London HQ in Mooregate providing desk side support for the Directors and Chief Executives. You will be providing first rate customer service to the users ensuring system availability within given service level agreements. You will also be providing remote support to over 800 users based in the Selby site.
The ideal Service Desk Analyst will possess skills and experience in;
•Windows Operating Systems
•MS Office
•Installation and troubleshooting of hardware
•Awareness of ITIL methodologies
This is a perfect opportunity for a proactive and self motivated 1st Line Service Desk Analyst with a professional approach to customer service to be the sole support analyst within the building.
