1st Line Helpdesk Analyst is now required to join the rapidly expanding support desk within this recognised market leader, within a highly competitive and rapidly evolving marketplace. This role offers exceptional career progression opportunities.
As the successful 1st Line Helpdesk Analyst you will be supporting a wide and diverse internal and external Client base. You will be supporting standard Microsoft Desktop technologies along with a number of bespoke business applications.
Essential experience required for the 1st Line Helpdesk Analyst;
– Some experience of working on a support / service desk
– Basic IT knowledge of IT / Computer operating systems and printers
– Exceptional customer service skills and communication skills
Experience of working within an ITIL environment would be beneficial.
Once working as a 1st Line Helpdesk Analyst full training will be provided alongside excellent career progression opportunities. These include the chance to progress in seniority and also into 2nd line Support / Servers and Network teams.
1st Line Helpdesk Analyst will be offered a starting salary between 20,000 – 22,000 full Company Benefits.
