Service Desk Analyst / Helpdesk Analyst / 1st Line Support Analyst

A fantastic opportunity to work with our client, a leading research institution in Central London, as a Service Desk Analyst / Helpdesk Analyst / 1st Line Support Analyst on a 1 month rolling contract basis. This role will be a mixture of remote and telephone based 1st line support.

The client is looking for a Service Desk Analyst / Helpdesk Analyst / 1st Line Support Analyst with good knowledge of 1st line support in professional environments. You will be experienced in Microsoft based systems especially Windows XP/7, Microsoft Office, Active Directory, Exchange and Windows Server. ITIL experience is desirable. This is a customer facing role and the client expects excellent communication skills and a positive mental outlook.
