Are you a junior 1st line support technician, looking for the next step within a growing and expanding organisation who have year on year growth with amazing training structure?
The client, based in the heart of the city centre, are a market leader in delivering world class business solutions to contact centres across the UK. Specialising in speech analytics, marketing analytics, workflow solutions and cloud centre solutions. As they are rapidly expanding, they are looking for a 1st/2nd line support technician to progress and grow through the organisation to become a high end IT Support technician. THE ROLE
-Ensuring all backup routines are performed in line with all organisation standards
-Assisting with IT functions to streamline and migrate central systems where possible
-Offering 1st and 2nd line support to all sites
-Maintaining and configuration user equipment including laptops and mobile devices
-Supporting with workflow management
-External support to clients and assisted users, 3rd party vendors
MUST HAVE
-AT LEAST 1 YEARS EXPERIENCE AS A 1ST/2ND LINE SUPPORT EXECUTIVE
-Experience in cloud contact centres / speech analytics / workforce management / Cloud dialler / Easy call
