I’m looking for a 1st/2nd Line Support Engineer to join a fun and dynamic team, within the Arts industry, based in the City of London. This will initially be on a contract basis with a view to go permanent.

Skills/Knowledge Required

  • 1st/2nd Line Support experience, no more than 5 years
  • Windows 7, 8.1
  • Active Directory
  • Office 365
  • Vmware understanding
  • Call logging, password resets, remote support
  • Must have excellent communication skills
