I’m looking for a 1st/2nd Line Support Engineer to join a fun and dynamic team, within the Arts industry, based in the City of London. This will initially be on a contract basis with a view to go permanent.
Skills/Knowledge Required
- 1st/2nd Line Support experience, no more than 5 years
- Windows 7, 8.1
- Active Directory
- Office 365
- Vmware understanding
- Call logging, password resets, remote support
- Must have excellent communication skills
