We are seeking an experienced 1st/2nd Line Support Consultant to work with our Leeds based client. A family owned business, our client have been developing and supplying their unique systems for over 30 years.

Our client is looking for a confident individual to provide 1st/2nd line support. Candidates will be required to provide support relating to the products including answering incoming support, diagnosing and resolving problems.

The successful applicant will come from an IT Customer Service background and will have experience of working on a Service Desk, analysing and resolving issues.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ability to investigate and provide solutions for issues raised either from calls to the service desk or from internal sources.
  • Ability to produce clear specifications relating to user problems that ensure timely and efficient solutions.
  • Ability to recognise when a call is not readily resolvable, and how to escalate it.
  • Ability to provide training to customers using phone, remote desk and email.
  • Demonstrate an excellent customer service focus when dealing with clients.
