IT Desktop Support Engineer- IT Technician – Support Technician – IT Support Engineer– Help desk Engineer – Desktop Support- £26,000 per year + 8 Month Contract with Potential to Extend. – Immediate Start – Hybrid Home & Office based – Crawley West Sussex – INSIDE IR35
My client is a Hugely Successful, Global Production Company that continuously provides high-quality products with cutting edge technologies. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within their European Operations to provide fast and useful technical assistance on computer systems.
Responsibilities:
- IT Support Engineer tasked with answering queries on technical issues and offering advice to the internal customers to solve their issues
- First point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone, email or F2F
- Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
- Provide accurate information on IT products or services
Skills:
- IT Engineer with experience as an IT Technician- Desktop Support Analyst or other customer support role
- Tech-savvy with knowledge of service desk and desktop support
- Good understanding of computer systems, PCs, mobile devices and other tech products
- Excellent communication skills
My client is looking to reward the successful candidate with an hourly rate of £26,000 per year on an 8 Month INSIDE IR35 Contract. The Contract will be a mixture of home and office based, so must be prepared to travel to Crawley West Sussex.
