12 Employee Share Scheme Consultant

Our client, responding to growth in demand for employee share schemes from private

companies, is looking for experienced employee share schemes consultants to join its

ten strong team based in South West London.

The ideal candidate will have immediate responsibility for a portfolio of existing clients and,

will be responsible for taking on and servicing new client wins while working closely with

the business development team. This is an ideal opportunity for an individual who would like to take on more responsibility to develop their own case load in a supportive team, working with exciting high-growth companies.

The successful candidate will have at least 3 years’ experience working in a consulting environment such as with a law firm, accounting firm or employee benefits consultancy. You will have a thorough knowledge of employee share schemes, including their tax treatment and commercial implications, as well as legal or paralegal skills to draft and amend Articles, share scheme rules and trust deeds. You will be numerate and be able to calculate share valuations and dilution impacts and have strong communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience of working with private companies with multiple classes of shares, exit provisions and non-market share valuations and of working with clients at director or owner level.

The salary consists of a £60k to £84k salary plus employer pension contribution, health insurance, profit share, gym membership and 25 days annual leave.
