Person Specification – Psychology Graduate Required
You must be a caring psychology graduate who has at least received a 2:1 in your psychology degree and already held a paid or volunteer role where you supported SEN children. The right applicant will have an tenacious desire to showcase their skills to pupils and teachers to prove their commitment to the role. You must have the skills to have a calming nature and attitude so you can work closely with seen pupils to help them aim high. Your portfolio will include the kind of attitude which embraces challenges and possess a resilient nature.

About the Role – SEN TA Post Available Immediately
As a SEN Learning Support Assistant you will be supporting the learning of a specific Year 1 pupil who has Autism Spectrum Disorder. Your responsibilities will include experiencing the inner workings of the school as you are guided by the Special Educational Needs Coordinator. You will have the responsibility of progressing your teaching technique by immersing yourself into the school first class bespoke CPD programme which will ensure any areas you feel need work are targeted and improved.
