- Full-time role starting ASAP until the end of the academic year
- Earn up to £26,000 per year as a 1:1 Learning Support Assistant
- A degree in an Education or Psychology related field is essential (minimum 2:1)
- Previous experience working with children with challenging behaviour is desirable

As a 1:1 Learning Support Assistant, you will be working alongside class teachers to assist in producing effective and engaging lessons. You will be expected to provide 1:1 support to a pupil who finds concentration difficult and displays constant challenging behaviour patterns. The school are looking for someone who can become a motherly figure to this child, to which they respond well to. The school need somebody who has previous experience working in this sort of environment to ensure that the child is responded to effectively and positively. The role will also include some general Teaching Assistant work which is a great opportunity to experience different aspects of these roles going forward.
