The role:

This is an exciting opportunity for driven and commercially focussed graduates to join our fast-paced Premier Inn graduate scheme. Working from locations across the UK, you will take on a role outside of headcount. As an Operations Graduate at Premier Inn. You will follow a placement scheme, giving you experience in the differing areas of the business, including Housekeeping, Food & Beverage and Reception in order to gain a wide range of expertise and a deep understanding of our business, and deliver our brand promise of “making our guests feel brilliant through a great nights sleep”.

In return for your commitment, we will offer you first-class mentoring from senior managers within our Operations and HR teams, who will guide and support you through each of your placements. We will also encourage and support you through our Shooting Stars Silver and Gold management development programmes during your Graduate Scheme. Together, this will accelerate your development and equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge for a fantastic career in Management within Premier Inn.

What we’re looking for in you:

Were looking for the future leaders of our business, and its important to us that youve proven your drive to be world class. As such, you will have obtained a 2:2 or above, preferably in a Hospitality or business field. Were also interested in receiving your application if your degree is in a different discipline, as long as you can demonstrate your interest and commitment to a career in Operations.

Personality is also important to us; were looking for dynamic, ambitious graduates with fantastic people skills. Youll be working closely with a range of people across all areas of our business.
