Our client, a successful and expanding company based on the outskirts of Sutton Coldfield are looking to recruita Part Time Customer Service Advisor
Duties to include but are not limited to:
- Taking inbound calls
- Accurately assess file status and documentation on receipt of assigned claims
- Correctly validating claim type, whether credit repair, third party or policyholder insurance
- Effectively monitoring the timely progressing of assigned claims to deliver agreed targets, customer expectations and business objectives
- Verifying correct documentation is received to standard and recorded correctly
- Maintaining effective customer contact using a variety of communication channels
- Working with colleagues internally to presenting good quality recoverable claims
- Associated administration duties
Key Skills:
- Previous high volume of customer service experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Effective time management, organised, able to manage a busy workload
- Ability to work in a target driven environment
- Must have own Transport
Working hours:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday
9:00am – 17:30pm
Salary:
£ 17,500 – £18,000 ( Pro rota )
