1-2-1 Support Worker Young People

Capita Social Care resourcing are recruiting for Male Support Workers WHO are passionate about making a positive impact on young peoples lives to work for a leaving care organisation in Newcastle, To support Young Males with Challenging Behaviours and who are sex offenders. This vacancy is a Genuine occupational requirement.

The role of support required will be to teach life skills, promote Independence to equip the young people with the necessary skills for when they leave the care system at the age of 18.

This will be predominantly 24 hour care with shifts from 08.00-23.00 with a sleep-in, please only apply if you are able to work the above shifts.

The Organisationis currently number 1 with Local authorities throughout the UK and urgently require Male support workers to join there team on a temporary contract basis.

The ideal candidates will be flexible and able to work shifts on a rota basis including weekends.

You must have:

NVQ level3 or equivalent
Car driver
Experience of working with young people with mental Health( detailed on your CV)
