Driving Recruitment Consultant

XP Recruitment are looking for an experienced and ambitious Driving Consultant to join our busy Market Harborough office.

Managing our existing business alongside our current team you will be a target focused Driving Recruitment Consultant with a proven track record of new business development and account management in Leicestershire. You will have a good sense of humour, a positive attitude and the ability to work as part of a team and also on your own.

XP Recruitment currently supply various blue-chip companies and smaller local hauliers who require regular on going drivers as well as last minute ad hoc drivers of all categories.

Your hours would be 0830-1730 Monday to Friday with 1 night per week and 1 weekend per month on call

Daily Duties will include:

• Business development including cold calling and meeting new Clients
• Account Management with Regular service visits.
• Sourcing and Vetting of Drivers.
• Interview and assess drivers and discuss suitable vacancies with local employers

In order to be considered for this role you must have a proven record of driving recruitment in the Leicester area of a minimum of 12 months.
