Residential Conveyancing Assistant / Paralegal

Location: Greater Manchester
Role: Residential Conveyancing Assistant/Paralegal
Salary: £26,000per year
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Conveyancing Assistant/Paralegal to join a Private practice in the Greater Manchester area. The firm are a Top 150 firm and can have multiple offices across the UK. This is a wonderful chance for someone looking to join a large firm with fantastic progression opportunities. You need to be motivated and driven to produce a high standard of Conveyancing work.
There are two positions available;
Legal Assistant
* 6 months experience required in a Residential Conveyancing environment
* Strong administration skills when dealing with legal forms and letters
* Experience of dealing with Estate Agents
* Knowledge of Leasehold reports and Pre-completion matters
* Confident in taking front end calls and dealing with clients enquires
Paralegal
* Ability to run a full sales and mortgages files with little supervision
* At least 2 years’ experience with Residential Conveyancing
* Some experience of Freehold files
* Knowledge to deal with enquires made by senior Fee Earner’s
* Drive and determination to work in a fast paced environment
* Have a passion for Residential Conveyancing and exceptional client care
