This is a hugely exciting time to join our client, a well-established business as they enter a new phase of rapid growth across the UK and Internationally. Working as part of the Customer Service team, your role will include;

Job Description:

• Extensive client liaison both over the phone and via email
• Focused on helping clients renew their subscriptions
• Building excellent relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
• Increase the subscription / contract length
• Promoting other products and services that would benefit the client
• Working within the Relationship Team
• Assisting with questions and queries where possible.

Person Specification:

• A genuine love to help people, whether it be your colleagues or clients
• Commercial function so previous experience in a similar role would be ideal

• A background in teaching, education or an educational supplier would be an advantage

Additional Information:

• Based in Leatherhead
• Up to £30,000 + £10k bonus
• Can be hybrid
